I am not responsible for technical issues or problems with money transfers after you place the order through my online store. IF YOUR SHOW DATE IS WITHIN A 14 DAY WINDOW, you must first text me and ASK if we have the time to fit your rush order in. A RUSH FEE WILL BE REQUIRED upon my approval and your submitted order. The rush fee MUST be PAID before your order is sent to production. IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER within this timeframe of 2 weeks to your show date without asking first if we are able to complete it in time, it is possible your order will not be sent to production. If we can complete the order, you will be required to pay a rush fee before the order is sent to production... If we can not complete your order by the show date you enter at checkout,,,you will be still be contacted by the email/phone number provided to us at checkout ONE time. If we don't get a response from you within 24 hrs, Your order will be refunded and NOT sent to production. ALL RUSH ORDERS will have to pay for expedite OVERNIGHT shipping. This is REQUIRED.
OPEN YOUR BOXES when they are delivered to you. Inspect your trophies for damages. Do NOT wait until the event to pull them out and open them up. ESPECIALLY IF YOU PURCHASE ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INSURANCE. You may not get reimbursed and your insurance coverage may become void after a certain time frame. These rules change with Fed Ex all the time. So, to be safe, any damages need to be reported within 24 hrs of receiving your shipment.
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE** for damaged items (that exceeds $100 in value) during FED EX shipment. Not responsible for any USPS shipments, but if you shipped Priority, we can file a claim. If you would like additional coverage for your order, you must REQUEST additional insurance. To protect you from theft and stolen packages, you MUST request a signature required for delivery. Insurance does not cover theft, Loss, or stolen packages. Each trophy package shipped via FED EX contains $100 insurance to cover an occasional damaged or broke trophy. Which a replacement would be sent right away. USPS Priority offers $50 automatic insurance, but a replacement will not be sent until the claim has been processed and money has been reimbursed to me. Be sure to contact me right away to file your claim if there are damages from USPS shipments. They can take up to 30 days. NO INSURANCE COVERS STOLEN PACKAGES. FOR YOUR PROTECTION ASK FOR A SIGNATURE TO BE REQUIRED.
SHIPPING INSURANCE** If Insurance is purchased to cover any amount over $100.00 in value, and there are any damaged trophies you want replaced, a claim must be made on my end with Fed EX. In order to do this, you MUST keep your original item(that is damaged), the original box, and original packing. (If you don't have these items, no claim can be made and no replacement can be sent.)Fed ex will pick up your box for inspection. It can take 2-4 weeks to hear a decision from them. At that time your replacement will be sent if the claim goes through. ALL CLAIM REQUESTS/TROPHY DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED TO ME 24 HRS PRIOR TO YOUR EVENT DATE.
APPROVAL IS ASSUMED WITH YOUR PLACED ORDER AND PAYMENT** iI remove all my liability to the order or mistakes on wording, shipping address, logo's, finish colors, and any other physical /technical confusions.. Read the description of each item before adding them to your cart and checking out. Approval and payment concludes that you have reviewed the order and all items, addresses, wording, pricing, and show information is correct and complete to your knowledge before your submit the order and pay. Any verbal or written changes/modifications sent to be about your order after the submission and payment are subject to being lost or mistaken. If you need to request changes, modifications or additions to your order... big or small...you will receive a picture of the modification(s) made to the order invoice. It just gets to be too much if everyone is adding, changing, removing items, class names, sponsors etc after the order is submitted..Its almost a full time job to do that.
